Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Processing may take longer during major promotions, holidays, periods of high order volume, address verification, or product availability issues.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates

Orders of $39 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders under $39 USD are charged a standard shipping fee of $5.90 USD.

The order value is calculated after discounts and before any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 5–12 business days after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Remote locations, customs clearance, severe weather, public holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may extend delivery times.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send a tracking number to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking information may take several business days after dispatch to display its first carrier update.

Multiple Orders and Packages

Orders placed separately cannot generally be combined after processing begins.

A single order may be shipped in multiple packages or from different fulfillment locations. Packages may arrive on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

One order cannot be divided between multiple shipping addresses.

To ship products to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

Address Changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

Email support@kovaloshop.com immediately if you notice an error. We will try to update the address before processing begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address are the customer’s responsibility, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, the recipient is responsible for paying them. Customs inspections may also delay delivery.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order is substantially beyond the estimated delivery window or tracking has not updated for an extended period, email us with your order number and tracking information.

We may need to complete a reasonable carrier investigation before providing a replacement or refund.
